Founded in 1995 by Bilal Ahmed A. Kamkoriwala, Accord Engineers has grown into a trusted manufacturer and supplier of industrial valves under the brand name EXCEED®. With more than three decades of expertise, we specialize in designing and manufacturing a complete range of valves including Globe Valves, Gate Valves, Swing Check Valves, Strainers, Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, and Safety Valves.
Over the years, our valves have been installed in some of the most demanding industrial environments, from textiles and fertilizers to refineries, power plants, and oil & gas facilities, as well as in all sectors where thermic fluid boilers are critical to operations.
At Accord Engineers, we maintain a strong focus on in-house machining, testing, and assembly operations, ensuring greater control over machining, lapping, welding, assembly, pressure testing, and painting, supported by established manufacturing practices and controlled inspection at successive stages.
Machining operations are carried out to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and fit of valve components. Lapping and finishing operations support proper seating and sealing performance, while welding is performed for applicable valve components. Components are then assembled and subjected to the required inspection and pressure testing before painting and final dispatch.
By combining skilled craftsmanship with engineering precisions and controlled inspection, we manufacture valves that consistently meet customer requirements and the demands of challenging industrial applications.
